Entrevista a Markitos, Gritando En Silencio
Markitos Molina (Cantante y Guitarrista) Aldo Jaenes (Bajista) Jorge Correa (Bateria) Miguel Ángel Santos (Guitarrista), estas cuatro personas metidas en una coctelera junto con unas letras geniales y un sonido que le dan más fuerza aún son los ingredientes que forman el grupo Gritando en silencio. Gritan en silencio, pero se les oye y cada vez más, tienen en el horno su primer disco tras dos maquetas, llevan desde la primavera de 2002 disfrutando y haciendo disfrutar encima de los escenarios.
¡No queremos etiquetas!, parece que gritan (en silencio claro), cuando acabas de escuchar sus temas, en ellos los Gritando te meten en un blues, te iluminan la sonrisa, despojan poesía y, en definitiva, destilan rock and roll, el abanico es grande, pasen todos y escuchen, no les defraudarán.
Markitos, cabeza visible del grupo, nos desgrana los intríngulis de este grupo que cada vez escuchareis más y con más fuerza en una entrevista que nos concedió para todos vosotros.
1.-Bueno, para romper el hielo una preguntita para tranquilizarnos a los impacientes, ¿para cuando calculáis que podremos tener en nuestras manos vuestro primer LP Contratiempo?
¡Uff!…, madre mía, bueno , yo no se si os va a tranquilizar realmente o no porque la verdad es que nos dedicamos a sacar canciones conforme nos van haciendo falta sacarlas porque lo pasamos bastante mal en el estudio y es que no tenemos tiempo material de dedicarle todo el tiempo que necesita el disco, no tenemos ayuda de nadie, unos nos encargamos del disco, de la grabación, otros se encargan, por ejemplo, de la web y el tema de los conciertos lo ha llevado hasta ahora otra persona. Tenemos como las funciones divididas pero tío es que lo del disco es mucha tela, en un disco trabajan muchas personas.
2.-Van a ser 20 canciones, tres de ellas ya las hemos podido disfrutar, A la luz de una sonrisa, Mírame desnudo y Blues del espejo, la primera más reflexiva y personal, la segunda más salvaje y la tercera un blues, totalmente distinta, ¿será esa la tónica del disco, mucha variedad?
Sí tío, la verdad es que ahí si la has clavado porque nosotros tenemos como una especie de nexo común con la manera de expresarse, incluso mucha gente la relaciona con otros grupos y parece que es como una especie de marca de identidad. Los cuatro somos melómanos y depende del estado de ánimo nos gusta más una música u otra, entonces digamos que las canciones son un poco un espejo de ese carácter, si hacemos una canción triste pues perfectamente podría ser una balada de los 80’s o un blues y si es algo así mas alegre pues perfectamente puede ser funky, vamos que no nos censuramos con la música, intentamos adaptarla.
3.- ¿De que tienes más ganas, de tener entre tus manos el disco editado y acabado o de montarte en la furgoneta y presentarlo por toda España?
Bueno, “¡puffff!”, eso no soy yo, eso somos los cuatro y te lo firmo ya, que es de montarnos en la furgoneta, del disco estamos hasta las pelotas, porque como lo hemos extendido tanto, como llevamos tanto batallado con el disco, de canción en canción… Eso es una moneda común en realidad en los cuatro, los cuatro nos gusta más la carretera pero ya no solo por el directo o por la gente o por la carretera en sí, sino por los cuatro, porque es el momento en que nos vamos de fiesta tío, y aquí en España eso ya no queda mucho pero nosotros somos uno de esos grupos antiguos como U2 que eran colegas, de estos grupos apenas quedan en el mundo pero nosotros cuatro que nos conocimos como cuatro colegas e imagínate la experiencia de montarte con cuatro colegas en una furgoneta, a los que tu más quieres haciendo lo que mas te gusta, eso es una pasada, eso lo firmo yo para el resto de mi vida.
4.-La tecnología ayuda pero a veces no tanto, ¿cuéntame que os pasó cuando el ordenador os jugó una mala pasada y perdisteis todo el trabajo hecho?
A ver, mira, yo trabajo en un estudio, y en un estudio se hace copia de seguridad de todo, pero el disco de la copia de seguridad lo teníamos que comprar nosotros y como andábamos bastante cortos de pelas y somos unos gañanes, somos animales tío, si lo de mírame desnudo va un poco por eso, porque somos animales, solo aprendemos cuando nos dan la “cachetá”, no cuando nos ocurre sino cuando nos destrozan, parece mentira tío, en casa del herrero cuchara de palo, yo siempre hago copia de seguridad de todo lo que hago y sin embargo con nuestro proyecto por A o por B no lo hicimos, dijimos que teníamos que comprar un disco duro pero lo fuimos dejando y llegó un momento en que el Macintosh del estudio hizo “¡pluffff!” y fue una pasada tío, porque nos pedían presupuesto de “kilo” y pico en Madrid para rescatarnos los datos buenos, si te cuento la historia de como tuve que rescatar los datos no te la crees, me tuvo que ayudar mi padre a construir un ventilador, era invierno por aquel entonces y el disco duro se sobrecalentó y le falló un componente, entonces si lo metíamos en el frigorífico y en pleno invierno lo poníamos con el ventilador en la ventana, te dejaba sacar datos durante una hora a una velocidad lentísima y algunos datos dañados, bueno, pues tardé 15 días en sacar todos las canciones del disco duro, bueno, 15 días q en realidad no fueron 15 días, fueron 15 noches, me acostaba cuando salía el día y aprovechaba la noche que era cuando mas frío hacia y era cuando el disco duro respondía, surrealista tío, surrealista.
5.-En “La luz de una sonrisa” quizás dejes entrever como escribes, te levantas, te sientas, crujido de dedos y a escribir sobre lo que te rodea, en este caso sobre tu chica. ¿Es ese tu “modus operandi” a la hora de escribir, sentarte delante del folio en blanco y a currar o hay momentos de inspiración fuera del escritorio?
Hombre, esa canción es algo especial porque cuento precisamente como hago esa canción en concreto, pero porque era un cacao tío, porque esa canción surgió como regalo de aniversario, hacia dos años con la relación en la que estaba y eso es como escribo esa canción en concreto, yo soy un desastre de persona, soy de los típicos que el día antes del aniversario no tiene ni puta idea de que hacer y mi niña era muy dormilona y me levanté de puntillas y cogí y describí el momento… ella siempre me decía, “hay que ver que has hecho una canción a un montón de cosas y a mi nunca me la has hecho” y me senté y no sabia ni de que coño escribir tío, no sabia como empezarla, era casi una obligación, “tengo que hacerlo” entonces para romper un poco el hielo empecé simplemente describiendo la situación en que me encontraba en ese momento e incluso después pensé “si después se me ocurre algo y quiero hacer la canción de otra manera”…pero al final me gustó y la continué por ahí y en realidad ahí la tienes, al final resultó.
6.-Mírame desnudo, somos animales, no estamos hechos para las ciudades ¿es un canto a la libertad y a la necesidad de aislarte de la rutina?
Pues la verdad es que sí tío, yo creo que nosotros cuatro tenemos ese problema, de hecho lo de la carretera también es una manera de salir de la ciudad, y ya no de la ciudad, sino de lo que estas haciendo siempre, es el local de ensayo tío, y esta gente se pone nerviosa y yo el primero cuando no ensayamos tío, porque el ensayo es como una especie de vía de escape, aunque hagamos música para las cuatro paredes del local de ensayo te aseguro que nos lo pasamos tan bien que es una droga.
7.-Cuando os escucho la palabra que se me viene a la mente es “desgarro”, tu voz rota y las letras, me evocan eso, un rock desgarrador, teniendo esto en cuenta, ¿no podían faltar los blues en vuestra temática, verdad?
Claro tío, además por lo que te digo de la música, nosotros en realidad la mayoría escuchamos música de fuera, la música en español, yo creo que el q más escucha soy yo, y porque yo siempre le he tenido mucho cariño a los letristas, me he criado escuchando rock español y he crecido escuchando Reincidentes, Extremoduro, etc., eso no te lo puedes quitar de la sangre, pero en realidad, tiramos mucho de la música de fuera, porque hay que reconocer que aquí estuvimos 40 años parados y es que de una época para atrás aquí se sacó muy poca cosa, lo que está saliendo es ahora y la música que sale ahora aquí está totalmente apoyada en música de fuera, lo único que pasa es que le imprimen algo diferente en las letras, letrista si que hay muy buenos, aquí en España es para quitarse el sombrero con un montón de letristas pero la música la han “mamao” de fuera. Y el blues nos gusta a los cuatro, de echo aunque en realidad blues puro y arcaico que se diga solo tenemos uno, el último que hemos sacado (Blues del espejo), el resto están como mezclado con swing. Santos y yo, incluso yo un poco más que Santos, porque Santos toca la guitarra muy americano, pero yo soy súper blusero, la manera de tocar que conozco y con la que aprendí a tocar fue con blues.
8.-Empezasteis como grupo en el año 2002, dos maquetas que gustaron mucho y fueron muy descargadas, bastantes conciertos, ahora un LP…pasitos cortos pero firmes, ¿es esa vuestra filosofía de trabajo?
Hombre, sí, son pasos cortos pero Albertucho siempre nos dice que nosotros lo estamos haciendo de puta madre, que él hay cosas que ha hecho muy rápido y que probablemente las haría de otra manera, nosotros no nos lo planteamos, empezamos a hacer música porque nos gustaba, y en realidad las cosas han ido rodando y han ido cayendo por su propio peso, nosotros no hemos hecho nada en realidad, es algo con lo que todavía me sorprendo, no estoy acostumbrado a ir por la calle y que la gente me diga: “perdona ¿tu eres Markitos de los Gritando en Silencio?” a mi eso todavía me resulta extraño, pero bueno yo siempre he sido de la opinión que las cosas salen por su propio peso, el tiempo pone a cada uno en su sitio, yo se lo digo a esta gente: “Bueno nosotros vamos a hacer lo que tenemos que hacer y lo que venga ya lo capearemos o improvisaremos”.
9.-El año 2005 ha sido el que mejor os ha ido, o por lo menos el más activo, una segunda maqueta y una gira de 30 conciertos con, entre otros, Albertucho y Poncho K, ¿Cómo os sentisteis representando el rock andaluz, tan en auge últimamente, con estos artistas en esa gira?
Hombre pues, Albertucho y Poncho concretamente son dos buenos colegas y es lo que te decía antes, tocar con colegas es magnífico, tu imagínate que te reúnes con cuatro colegas para salir de fiesta y vas a salir con otro colega y vas a su casa y allí en el salón de casa de tu colega estáis tus amigos, tú y los colegas del otro, pues bueno eso es lo que pasa en un concierto con Albertucho, que somos todos colegas y nos juntamos y es como si se juntaran dos pandillas para salir, (risas), es una pasada y la formamos.
10.-A parte de lo comentado antes, una buena lista de premios en 2005, como el concurso Rock Sur, ser nombrado Grupo revelación por el programa de radio La Ducha Fría y ser elegido mejor grupo de rock español sin disco editado por Rockestatal.com. ¿Os ayudan estos reconocimientos a seguir hacia delante?
Hombre, la verdad es que llega un momento en que la cosa se pone escabrosa, la música está tela de complicada, yo supongo que si no hubiera habido ningún tipo de respuesta… pero no se, es que nosotros no hemos hecho nada, muy mal por nuestra parte en realidad, las cosas han venido un poco rodadas y supongo que sin ese reconocimiento hubiera costado más trabajo llegar a un punto porque llega un momento en que nos hacemos viejo como quien dice, tienes unas obligaciones y unas necesidades que tienes que cubrirlas de alguna manera y la música no está como para tirar cohetes a no ser que seas un superventas. Llega un momento que lo haces para la gente a quien tu sientes que les debes algo porque también sientes que hubiese llegado un momento en que te hubieras echado hacia atrás sino te hubieran apoyado tanto. Yo llega un concierto y me empiezo a poner malo (de salud) y me agobio y me siento mal por la gente y digo “me cago en la puta” que han posteado en el foro que vienen de Madrid a vernos y tocamos a lo mejor en Cáceres y tío te pesa la conciencia, yo todavía tengo, supongo que seré un espécimen en extinción, pero aun me queda tío (risas).
11.-En cuanto a producción sois como Juan Palomo , ¿a que se debe esta situación?, ¿no habéis tenido ofertas de productoras o es decisión propia debido a vuestro conocimiento en sonido?
Pues hombre, yo al principio me metí en sonido casi por la necesidad de saber como grabar, las primeras maquetas fueron experimentos totales, bueno, la primera es de estudio, la segunda un experimento total y ya verás cuando saquemos las canciones de la segunda maqueta pero hechas bien, hay muchas que van a cambiar y que van a sorprender porque no le hicimos justicia.
12.-Vuestros directos han recibido muy buenas críticas, en vuestro foro he leído que en el último os quedasteis con ganas de más e incluso alguno del grupo propuso tirarse a la calle a seguir la fiesta con los instrumentos ¿es en las tablas donde más realizados os encontráis?
Ese es el Santos, al Santos los conciertos le dan la vida, es otra personita tío. A mi me dijo un amigo una vez, y tenía toda la puta razón del mundo, que tienes que dejarte la cara por la gente y tienes que darlo todo, yo soy una persona que no voy por la vida de cara dura, o por lo menos no acostumbro, si me tomo dos copas supongo que como todo el mundo, pero en el escenario no. Albertucho me dijo una vez que una persona cuando se sube al escenario es una figura en la que la gente se va a fijar y que va a tomar como ejemplo para un montón de cosas, entonces tienes que dar la cara, tienes que responder y tienes que ser alguien que merezca estar ahí arriba y después los dos coincidíamos en que cuando te bajas del escenario te vuelves a poner el sombrero y vuelves a ser la misma persona con tus amigos de siempre, además los dos somos bastante tranquilos en eso, que nos gustan nuestros amigos de siempre, no nos gusta mucho el jaleo…
13.-Por cierto, ¿a que se debe el nombre de vuestro grupo?
El nombre de nuestro grupo salió de una libreta de apuntes que tenia el batería. El año que nos conocimos fue un desastre, yo creo que todos repetimos menos el bajista (risas) nos tirábamos todo el día en la cafetería escribiendo, hablando y discutiendo de temas filosóficos y de que nada tenía sentido, además estábamos todos pasando la pubertad, pero todos éramos bastante más maduros de lo que parecía, entonces lo que hacíamos era hablar, conversar y bueno, nos llegábamos a tomar 3 ó 4 cafés al día, nos pasábamos todo el puto día en la cafetería, ¿se puede decir que todo empezó en aquella cafetería? Sí, se puede decir, al principio además teníamos otra manera, yo por ejemplo no iba a cantar ni escribir, cuando montamos el grupo yo lo que quería era ser guitarrista pero Albertucho me animó a cantar, me escuchó una vez en una plaza cantando y dice: “tío, tu cantas de puta madre”, y le digo que yo no canto y me responde que debería hacerlo y la novia de Albertucho si que se empeñaba y decía: “killo a mi me encanta la voz”; y bueno, nos lo planteamos y empecé a cantar yo mientras venía un cantante y al final esta gente me dijeron: “no se si te has dado cuenta pero no tenemos intención de buscar cantante, en realidad queremos que te quedes tú”; y el resto es historia. Lo que sí es verdad que al principio también escribíamos de manera diferente, intentábamos escribir los cuatro, lo que pasa es que esta gente al final siempre se quedaban con los versos que escribía yo o le gustaban más, y llegó un momento en que me daban escritos sobre lo que querían escribir y yo los estudiaba y los hacia versos para canción que no es como verso normal, en definitiva que de una de esas libretas salio lo de Gritando en Silencio, después de tergiversarlo y de moldearlo un poco se cambio la expresión y nos gustó, cuando se llegó al Gritando en Silencio nos encantó porque bueno, es el motivo por el que nos poníamos a hacer música, por la necesidad de gritar, sin saber si nadie te va a escuchar, simplemente porque nosotros queríamos hacer música para nosotros cuatro, entonces se parece un poco al símil de Gritando en silencio, una persona que grita y no grita nada, es como cualquiera que grita y nadie lo escucha.
14.-El rock le da fuerza a la poesía, como muestra, La ciudad de los Gitanos de Lorca hecha canción por Marea , Marcos, ¿ te sientes más poeta o más rockero?
Hombre, pues la verdad es que yo tengo una especie de desdoblamiento de personalidad gordísimo porque me gusta escribir y me gusta leer, me gusta mucho ese tipo de cosas pero la música es que es una droga tío y yo crecí escuchando rock and roll y escucho Steve Ray Vaughan y se me pone los bellos de punta o Janis Joplin e igual, y después escucho letras de Joaquín Sabina y se me ponen también los bellos de punta y la música a lo mejor ni me va ni me viene, porque es salsa, cuando Sabina se pone salsero. Yo soy una persona ecléctica, yo me quedo con lo que me gusta de cualquier cosa, la poesía y el rock and roll son dos de las cosas que me han gustado y con las que he intentado quedarme en los ámbitos de mi vida, de la música a lo mejor al jazz le he dado menos pero el rock and roll y el blues me han encantado y llega un momento en que lo haces tuyo y con la poesía me pasa igual. No sabría decantarme pero creo que soy un poquito mas rockero, ¡es que la guitarra me puede tío!
15.-Seguramente es difícil elegir solo uno, pero si tuvieses que elegir un grupo o cantante con el que te dijiste “tengo que dedicarme a la música”, ¿Cuál sería?
¡Buff!… la verdad es que no sabría decirte tío porque la música al principio empezó como una manera de comunicar y después, cuando el grupo empezó a tener una cierta repercusión, te dabas cuenta que lo que tu decías había gente que lo tomaba en estima y hay muchas causas perdidas que a nosotros siempre nos ha gustado comunicar, hacer pensar a la gente, también fue una de las cosas que nos impulsó a hacer música, que la gente, cuando haces música encima de un escenario, escucha lo que dices y bueno, cosas que decir sí que hemos tenido siempre, cuando éramos músicos y cuando no éramos músicos, nos juntábamos para charlar y para debatir cuestiones de política, de filosofía, de psicología, de mujeres, etc., eso fue lo que en realidad nos lanzó más que un grupo o una persona. Eso sí, a los cuatro nos gustaba la música, pero no nos motivó, no vimos un grupo que dijéramos que nosotros cuatro tenemos que ser así, porque a cada uno además le gustaba un estilo de música diferente, que no hubo un grupo especial, cada uno en aquel momento tendríamos algún grupo que nos gustara más, pero no coincidíamos ninguno como grupo preferido. Hombre, a lo mejor Extremoduro o Platero, porque esos no sabría decirte que son de nuestros preferidos pero si que es verdad que nos gustaba a todos, es que nosotros somos de esa época tío y si eres de esa época ¿cómo no has escuchado Extremoduro y Platero y te has quitado el sombrero?
16.- ¿Cuál ha sido la importancia de Internet para la difusión de vuestra música?
Pues toda tío, absolutamente toda, porque nosotros no tenemos ningún tipo de marketing externo a parte del que nos hagamos nosotros, de hecho el 2005 consta en todos sitios como que ha sido uno de los más productivo, pero en realidad, ha sido el que más marketing hemos tenido por así decirlo, el que más hemos dado “por culo” en la red, y bueno, ya el resto pues como que tenemos un montón más de ocupaciones y no tenemos tanto tiempo, y el tiempo que tenemos para el grupo, ya te digo, con lo que nos gusta ensayar, pues nos ponemos a ensayar en vez de hacer ciertas labores, y alguno de nosotros lo decía: “mira que aquí hacemos canciones para cuatro paredes”; que en realidad hemos grabado 20 canciones y tenemos más, si es que no hemos estado nada parados, y hemos dado conciertos…pero en los sitios consta que el 2005 es el productivo y es por Internet, es solo y exclusivamente por Internet y toda la difusión que hemos tenido es por Internet, es evidente, yo animo a todo el mundo que haga algo, no solo música, incluso que tenga algo que decir que lo ponga en Internet porque ahora mismo, hoy por hoy y hasta que no nos lo censuren, Internet es la vía de comunicación más grande y más libre que tenemos en el planeta.
De repente los papeles se cambian y Markitos es el que pregunta.
Markitos: Por cierto, ¿te estoy dando mucha paliza?
Ciudemun: No, no, no, ¡que va!, estoy disfrutando como un niño chico.
M: ¿Cuánto tiene que durar la entrevista tío?
C: No se, ya la pondré yo como sea, pero estoy disfrutando como un niño chico, no te preocupes.
M: Tu sintetiza y si te doy la lata dímelo.
C: Nada, nada, voy ahora mismo por la última pregunta y me está dando pena, estoy intentando inventar más (risas).
M: No te preocupes, si se te ocurre algo pregúntalo o cualquier curiosidad que se te venga a la cabeza, aunque no sea para la entrevista.
C: Si, si, vamos a por la última y ya vemos.
17.-Bueno, dame alguna primicia sobre el nuevo disco, ¿alguna colaboración especial o alguna sorpresilla?
Hombre pues, yo se que yo tengo un amigo por ahí, que también os gusta mucho a vosotros en la página que colabora seguro, vamos que yo no creo que la compañía ponga problemas, pero bueno, lo dejamos ahí y no damos nombres, vamos que la colaboración ya está hecha y estudiada, pero sí tío, sí, porque él quiere, está loco por hacerla, de hecho es alguna canción que la gente nos ha pedido, porque hay dos acústicas que están rulando por ahí, que soy yo cantando con un folio delante con la canción recién compuesta al micro de un ordenador para enseñárselo a uno de esta gente y no se como acaba en Internet tío, es que es un descontrol, pues eso, la colaboración será con una de estas acústicas que a mi amigo le gustó mucho.
La entrevista acaba pero la charla continúa un largo rato, al final nos despedimos. “Un placer hablar contigo, gracias por la entrevista”. “Lo mismo digo tío, muchas gracias” afirma Markitos.
Son casi las tres de la mañana, entrevistado y entrevistador se despiden, Markitos afirma que va a seguir envuelto en 1984, una magnífica novela de Orwell, acompañado de fondo de los Rolling Stone en el sofá donde no hace mucho compuso “A la luz de una sonrisa”.

Yo, como buena grupi
solo puedo decir que espero ese dico con ansia y que les deseo to lo mejo del mundo, xq creo que hay pocas personas que se lo merezcan tanto como ellos.
No se valorar muy bien lo que cuesta o no grabar un disco, pero entiendo del esfuerzo y de las ganas y del empeño… y de eso.. se de sobra que hay muxo, asik na!

Magnífica entrevista. Me ha encantado. Llevo un montón de tiempo con esta idea, de prepararme una lista de preguntas y grabarlas para ponerlas en la web (en el foro donde tanto por saco damos), pero yo no tengo ni idea de periodismo y seguro que saldría hecha una patata.
Así que me alegro que hayas hecho esto.
A los cuatro hombres estos que gritan y tal, pues lo siento mucho por ellos, pero ya somos un montón de gente dando por culo cada día. Así que sepáis que nunca os dejaremos retroceder (ya sé que no queréis) porque estaremos ahí dándoos caña, ánimos, o lo que haga falta para que ese día que os falten ganas, ilusión o lo que sea, podáis agarraros a los impertinentes que os exigimos sentimientos traducidos en canciones y seguáis para adelante como siempre. Bastante habéis pasado ya!! jeje.

Quede yo un buen dia de verano con un amigo….cuando de repente..me cruce con otro…iva con una camiseta que me llamo la atencion….ponia GRITANDO EN SELENCIO…asique le pregunte que era eso…porque tenia pinta de ser camiseta de un grupo de musica…y me respondieron..si..es un grupo…y son mazo de buena gente…seguro que te molan..pero yo jamas los habia escuchado…asique llegue a mi casa….y lo meti en el google…y fue al escuchar despojos de poeta cuando dije…han ganado un fan…y asi es…cada vez que escucho la cancion de gritando en silencio o a la luz de una sonrisa…deseo que venga a madrid a tocar para ir a veros…

La entrevista me ha encantado, si señor.
Hablando de camisetas, yo hace como 2 años pedí la mia y aun la estoy esperando jajaj sin importancia. Ya le meteré caña a “ersanto” cuando vengais por aqui teneis una birras gratis
Pues nada gente, suerte con el disco y con todo lo demás, yo creo que la colaboración sera la de albertucho…en acustico puede quedar muy bien. en fin, no me enrollo mas que sino pareceré al markitos en la entrevista jajaja

The comment that has upset you sounds like she doesn’t like you and is just attempting to upset you - I wouldn’t think it as criticism but just an insult. The other point that comes to mind is always individuals say nasty things for all types of reasons and problems - perhaps she is jealous of you, or does not like herself, or sees you being a threat, or wants to become top dog - all kinds of motives and truly it just doesn’t matter because who and that which you are is your company and it’s important that you like you.

However, by its very nature financial spread betting is more risky than traditional, fixed odds betting, or conventional traditional share trading, where participants are usually a little more protected. If you judge wrong, you are likely to lose a great deal in the absence of a stop loss and any losses made on a spread bet cannot be offset against capital gains on ordinary investments.The costs associated with financial spread betting are included in the spread (the difference between the bid and the offer price). Therefore the wider the spread, the more you pay to trade. So when considering a company to spread bet always compare the spread. The good news about the spreads is that these are generally getting tighter due to increased competition and explosive growth as investors are beginning to realise the advantages of financial spread betting; thus making the system more efficient.

I apologize for the possible off-topic Folks, but could you inform me which web hosting company you are using right now I have a problem because my current web hosting company bluehost.com is kicking me off. They say that our website is using too many server resources. But our website only gets 200 visitors per day. Anyway, what would be your recommendations? Are you happy with your web hosting company? I am checking LCN at the moment, but is it real that they can provide unlimited disk space? I have contacted them and they say something like 1000GB disk drive costs only $10 per month, so if some day we will start running out of disk space we will simply add a new 500gb drive so can continue uploading.. What do you think about it? Any ideas and web host name suggestions are much appreciated.
